FH Publishing is another resale company that will offer to sell your timeshare for you, but will scam you out of money.
Please be assured that Pearly Grey will NEVER give out your contact information or ownership. Any company that asks you for money up front (an “administration fee”) to sell your timeshare is a scam. Protect yourself from these companies by not giving them your details, and do not ever send them any money!
Other companies to beware of: ETOO and BONUS, but there can be many more!

We are aware that PG Owners are currently being telephoned by resale companies, such as ETOO and BONUS, claiming that PG has passed on their details and offering to buy their weeks, upon payment of an “administration fee”. The resale companies that are calling are not associated with PG in any way. If you receive such an approach do not give out any of your details and DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY!!
For the last few months our ‘Owners Only Log In’ has been offline, due to compatibility issues with our re-designed website.
We have invested a great deal of time with our web developers in trying to find a viable solution but regrettably we find we are unable to continue with the service.

Owners are reminded that the 2nd part of the 2006 Levy Fees, in the sum of £42 (60€) per week owned, were due to be paid by 30th June.
If you have not paid yours yet, please do so as quickly as possible, in order to avoid the Late Payment Penalties due to be charged on 1st August, and the resultant costs to the Club in sending out the Penalty letters.
The quickest and safest way to pay, using your Visa or Mastercard, is by making an online payment via our website. To do this, go to the section headed “Owners Information” and select “Maintenance Payments,” then click the “Pay Now” button to bring up the online payments form. Please complete all the details, including the amount you are paying in EUROS, and press “Submit.”
You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your payment, then a further email once the payment has been successfully processed.

Owners and visitors to Pearly Grey are advised that there will be some waterproofing works in progress on the roof of the main block, during weeks 31, 32 and 33. We do not anticipate that it will cause any disruption to our guests and the work should generate very little noise and dust.
However, if it becomes necessary to keep some of the 5th floor apartments clear during this time, we will locate guests away from the works areas accordingly.
